The project
HueMan Shelter
All six HueMan Shelter sites officially opened on September 18, marked by a citywide celebration that included a press conference, new signage unveiled throughout Midtown, and participation from storytellers and community partners.
Throughout the project, the Houston team was actively collaborative within the marketing process. While our team led the overall marketing and design execution, the city provided essential support in several key areas — offering precise specifications for the bus shelter wrap, advising on optimal placement locations, and helping us navigate mural labels that required more complex, site-specific problem-solving. Their responsiveness and local knowledge strengthened the visibility and accuracy of every installation. The final launch rollout included sidewalk clings, poster templates, fence banners, and a bus shelter wrap, all designed to unify the project and increase visibility across the sites.
